Neubook

Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Neubook. Please read them.

Neubook (“the app”) is a product of Upbrew (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Neubook, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using Neubook

Neubook is a reader for content you already own or have the right to access (such as EPUB files and web articles). You are responsible for the content you import and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You agree not to use Neubook to infringe others’ rights or to violate any law.

2. Your content

The books, articles, and notes you add remain yours. We claim no ownership over them. For premium features (such as audiobook generation and optional sync), you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide those features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Neubook Plus subscription

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use premium generation features to produce content that is unlawful or infringing.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Neubook available and reliable, but we provide the app “as is” and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be discontinued.

6. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neubook is provided without warranties of any kind, and Upbrew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using Neubook at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
